I have bought parts and have repair work done by Direct Auto for well over 30 years and have referred many family and friends over that time. In all the years I've dealt with them I can only recall on incident where they misdiagnosed and replaced the wrong part. It was expensive but only once in over 30 years is pretty darn good track record.
