Best car buying experience of my life. We went to over 20 different used car dealers in the Sacramento and Bay Area and none were as professional or as helpful as direct auto outlet. Their facility was top notch, the staff couldnt be more friendly with no pressure to buy just polite and courteous. You guys have a customer for life! I showed my mechanic the vehicle I bought and he couldnt believe how well kept it was for the age. We love our Nissan thank you guys!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made trading in/purchasing a vehicle there a great experience. Staff was honest and up front and I appreciated not feeling pressured to buy or like I was just being sold to. Staff was great and made sure to answer all my questions and arrange a trade in/loan that was fair and fit my budget. Great experience overall!

Great selection and prices I love my new car
We recently purchased our daughters first car here. They have a very unique sales style-called honesty. I know its not what most of us are used to but my husband I truly appreciated it. Are there minor things wrong-of course its a used car! Ari Mona thank you so much-she was so surprised when we got home with it he loves it! Since she cant officially drive it just yet my husband I have been arguing over who gets to "test it out until she can!
