Great experience. Although there was a bit of a language barrier with the sales people, the finance guy was great and spent a good deal of time and effort and was able to lower my interest rate significantly from my last loan. A week after buying my explorer the heater wasn't working properly, brought it back and they fixed it promptly with no problems. 4 years later my car is still running like new and I would definitely return when I need a new car.

Worst car buying experience ever. If my car wasn't perfect I would have gone back with my lawyer. finance guy yelled at me over the phone for his mistakes and blamed me and my boyfriend because he didn't properly full out the paperwork. AWFUL SERVICE

From the minute I walked into the Direct Automall I was greeted by helpful employee Joao Felix. He was able to answer all my question, and was well informed about the cars. Courteous, professional and patient. I really appreciate what he did for me.

Went there to buy a used suv back in March. Had numerous problems with the front end. They fixed it eventually after it being there 3 plus times. Now I have only put on 3000 miles went for a oil change today at a different place there telling me my brakes are in the red. so I said to Alan in service what can he do for me he pretty much said nothing then he hung up on me.
