Purchase vehicle in August it’s now November I still don’t have plates and tags my temporary tags are now expired I paid the registration fee or whatever they said and now I’m at the dmv trying to figure this out if I can register my car it’s crazy how they deal with military members now I called five different phone numbers texted the guy who sold me the car no response at all very unprofessional I would avoid just straight up avoid this place I’m already filing a claim and speaking with a lawyer on what I can do from here
Purchased a vehicle from them in July of 2023. It’s October of 2024 and I’m still unable to register the car. They tell me “it’s an emissions recall you need done” go on a goose chase trying to provide proof of that recall being done. Moved across the states (Navy) and 1 year later they tell me “it’s other recalls they won’t let us register it for you” investigation report was submitted and now they don’t answer the phone, emails, it looks like they don’t even have a functioning website anymore. HORRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! After they make a sale, they want nothing to do with you!!
They lure you in with a low price on the listing. You get there and the car they listed for $8,995 turns into $14,000. Then they tell you that they are required to add accessories like an alarm subscription thats $1,400 and theres document processing fees. The price also goes up if you tell them you are paying cash and they tell you it's because you are not financing and they won’t make money if you pay cash. My son purchased a car from them and it took forever to close the deal. They told us we had a 30 day warranty on the car then didn’t put it in the contract. They never seem to call you back when you call them and you can only talk to the answering service. Stay away from them.
