They replaced our heat and A/C unit; because the heat unit was going to be too costly to replace the control board and it would have to be ordered! They did a good job, but I thought it was somewhat on the higher than I thought it would cost! A major cold front was coming in so we had to get our heater working!

We recently bought a house and the HVAC systems were extremely outdated and we wanted to invert the furnace up into the attic. After having a few companies come out, talk to us, and give us quotes. Emergency service on a holiday weekend? Yes, Direct Air does that. Our blower motor failed on a Sunday night and they had someone here to get us heat again. We are forever grateful for their responsiveness.

We had a small but persistent draft making our living room chilly. The Direct Air team not only tuned up the furnace but also did a quick check and pointed out some insulation issues we should address. They truly care about whole-home comfort.
