I started at the gym trying a 6 week challenge. I was greeted by the staff and made welcome by all the members at the gym. When the challenge was over, I continued going because I love the atmosphere. They have a great community of people with a common goal to help our minds and bodies. I highly recommend FIT.

I got dry needling done with Dr. Meredith. I came in barely able to hold my own neck up. After one dry needling session I could finally relax and not be in constant pain. Within 3 sessions I was right as rain and was given exercises to begin strengthening that area so I don’t need to keep coming in. She also did the same thing with my husbands back! 2 years in the army and he still doesn’t have pain!

Fit GJ physical therapy is the best PT practice in town. Dr. Meredith Bremner, PT/DPT is by far the most effective physical therapist I have ever seen. She knows her stuff and you will get results. I went from being in constant pain to being pain free and physically. Thanks to Fit GJ Physical Therapy I'm healthier and in better shape now than I was 20 years ago.
