I lived here for a year and a half with absolutely no maintenance help nor did I get any help from the management when calling for maintenance issues. I left and instead of letting me get my washer and dryer from out of there days later...I was told they put it out on the sidewalk but in all actuality their maintenance man is selling my items for $50 each. Smh...this place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend that a rat live here!!
We are living in a unit that is going to flood soon once the hurricane hits. Not sure what will do since no one will fix our leaking ceiling or leak that has water coming in the sunken den area.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone from after hours maintenance since 10 pm last night and no one has returned my call. Went to the office this morning and keep getting excuse after excuse. My house is currently sitting at 90 degrees due to my ac not working and it's about 97 outside. I have health issues as so does my parents and they are more concern with getting a apartment ready for someone to move in... I have lived here about 12 years rent is always paid we never complain about anything but yet we are put down ... read more
