I have always gone to Dipstix and had an excellent experience. This last trip, soon after my truck started leaking oil. It had never done this before. I took it back to diptix and they told me to have a mechanic look at it. I did this and found that the oil plug had been stripped. After having my truck repaired by a mechanic, I went back to Dipstix and spoke with the manager Casey Laws. He was nothing but helpful and professional. Fast service! And always willing to go the extra mile. To make sure everything is done and checked.
I got my oil changed there several times, each time I had make a second trip they don't put the plug back.in right which causes the oil to leak out in my driveway, and they get an attitude when you bring them back, I don't have money to waste like that. Never again!!!!!!
