When Julio was just a few months old, I took him to another local groomer and had a horrible experience. Dirty, messy, and I had no idea what I was putting on my dog. Smelled like car wash soap. Immediately went to Roll Over Pets and had a much better experience.
I have been a customer for years. first mistake, was cutting my dogs nails and made them bleed and did not tell me. When I got home I noticed my dog licking her paw then I saw the blood. Monday I dropped my dog off for a wash and cut. I sent my husband to pick her up. When my dog can in my house, she looked like nothing was done except her nails cut . the cut was not what I asked for. she didn't even smell like she had a bath. I have given them a couple of changes. no more...

We use Dippity Dawg frequently and have never had an issue. However, today I picked my teacup poodle up about 2pm today after having her hair cut. The lady simply handed her over to me and said $41. I thought the encounter was kind of weird and rude on a customer service level. When I got home, I took her out to potty and noticed this GASH on the back of her leg.
