I’ve been wanting to try Dipped for a while. A small food truck that is homed in parking lot of the plaza where I get my haircut. Timing worked out today. Small menu specialization is a winner here. Juicy beef or chicken with consomm� on your choice of delivery system. I went with the a sourdough and it was fantastic. Great balance of beef, cheese, bread, cilantro, and onions. I have had lots of birria all around Tampa and Orlando area this is the best. I had tacos and the ramen. The taco was loaded with just the right amount of meat cheese and herbs/veg so they are hefty but don't fall apart. The meat was juicy tender and seasoned to perfection. My one complaint about the taco is I only want these birria tacos! The ramen was also excellent packed with meat and cheese wonderful broth and ramen noodles.
