I've had the pleasure of getting my syringes for my MS from Diplomat since November. You'll RARELY find that you're put on hold, and someone answers the phone RIGHT away. Everyone has always been so helpful and seems to truly care that I get my meds when I need them. I've had a couple of instances where my insurance has a "glitch"(as my insurance calls it) and Diplomat calls them and takes care of it for me. With everything else I have going on, it's nice not to have to worry about this one thing.
