Rude lazy staff. Poor management and foul smelling building. Rotting rats in the ceilings. Infested with lots of roaches.
1 Star — Avoid This Building I cannot recommend living here. Management has shown a consistent pattern of negligence and poor communication. Maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and basic building upkeep is ignored. The worst part is the ongoing bed bug infestation. Despite repeated complaints, it has not been properly treated — bed bugs keep coming back, spreading between units, and management’s response has been minimal at best. Living here is nothing short of feeling amazing. Nicky and MARY is like my superstar. They make living here amazing. They are always going above and beyond to help me with whatever issues I face on a daily basis😋. I feel comforatble knowing i am in Nicky and MARY care❤️.Special shout out to Jamal who is always Assisting me with whatever maintenance request I have .

I’ve been really happy living at 15 Eva Rd. The building is clean, well cared for, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. What stands out the most is the management team—they truly go above and beyond for residents. A special thank you to Mary and Nekisha, who are both incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. They handle everything quickly and make sure residents feel heard and respected.
