Building staff are very incompetent, they don’t do anything. Cleaners don’t follow building cleaning schedule, can go weeks without sweeping or vacuuming halls. Pigeons dominate the outside, smell of rotting flesh in the lobby/basement ceiling. Things break and they stay broke for months before it is even looked at. They worry more about harassing tenants then keeping the building in good condition
