Dr. Banker, it was nice to meet him. A very kind man and explained everything I needed to know. Thank you!!!
Meh. I had an appointment with him recently and I was giving him some information about my history that I didn't know if he thought was going to be relevant to why I was seeing him. In the middle of my explanation, he stopped me and said, "That's a great story. Why are you here?" What?! How am I supposed to know what information might be relevant to him?! Not a very good bedside manner.
I was looking for a new Dr who performs colonoscopes and settled on Dr Banker. In my first meeting with him I was very comfortable with our interaction and his professionalism.
Dr. Banker answered all my questions and he put me at ease with going ahead with testing. His office staff was friendly and on time and I appreciated that.
