AWFUL – Worst customer service I've ever had. Had a 2PM appointment and she was shocked when I actually expected my appointment to be somewhere around 2PM. I couldn't leave my dog...ended up wasting two hours waiting on her. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day and gave her a second chance a few months later. Got there for the appointment and she was closed. When she finally showed up 30 minutes later (coffee in hand), she seemed shocked that I was there.
