Terrible customer service - if you need anything from them - make sure YOU take the initiative in communication - they certainly don't know how to handle it themselves.
Wish I could give zero stars. Went in this past weekend with one of my bridesmaids looking for dresses and we were there for approx 30 min before someone asked if we needed assistance; mind you the lady answered the phone on the wall and walked right past us when we first walked in w/o a hello or anything. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Good thing there are several other bridal shops. Would not spend a penny in this store.
