2 daughters have purchased their wedding dresses and their bridesmaids dresses here. Service was impeccable, everything arrived when it was supposed to and alterations were perfect! Completely satisfied!
This place screwed my daughter 3 weeks before her wedding. All the bridesmaids dresses were ordered THE WRONG COLOR!!! Pink instead of lavendar. And they treated her very disrepecfully like it was her fault. Told her to "just change your colors" really????? Bullshit!! Do not trust this salon with your special day!!!!
The Associate's are very Rude. Had to wait over 5 Minutes for someone to wait on me. They measure you way to big for your dress so you have to have alterations.
The shop was very nice but the customer service was 50/50 divided between excellent and horrid. Of the 2 ladies in the shop, the one could not have been nicer; she complimented the dresses we tried, chatted with us, and felt like an old friend. The other woman was abrasive and unpleasant from almost the moment we walked in. Her tone was harsh, she made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This place is the most unorganized bridal salon I have ever dealt with. There's also a lady who works there who is extremely rude and snotty. You work in retail, if you don't like dealing with people, maybe it's not a good job for you. My sister ordered all her bridesmaids dresses from here, and it's been awful. Wish we would have just found someplace else who sold the same dress. Especially since they charged her for rush shipping, even though she ordered with the normal 4 months in advance.
My daughter had the best experience finding the dress of her dreams at this beautiful shop! Bea is the sweetest, wonderful working with her! The seamstress who did the alterations? Phenomenal!! She knows her stuff!!!
Wonderful place ... super hospitality ... best dresses ever ...
