Called for a visit had technical difficulties and connected a little late. Instead of waiting a minimum m of 15 minutes for me (the patient) Provider logged me as a no show and moved on to another appointment. I sat in our conference room for 25 minutes before i called a veteran support line for my appointment where they informed me that the provider acknowledged my appearance but had moved on to another patient.
