Hats off to Ms.Burnley, I had low expectations because of my credit score, but long story short. We view apartments/condos the same same I sent them to her including off market properties, also she knows the who’s whose of the realtor world as far as getting approval , last but not least she will not allow no one to take advantage of her clients and get this I pay no out of pocket !!! Dionne is the best of the best, has gone above and beyond with the leasing process. She has great recommendation for many aspects of leasing and it is wise to follow them as they'll save you money and time on the long run. Has a great understanding of the areas and is very skillfull at suiting your home needs within your budget.
Moving from a different state was made easy and as stress free as possible with Dionne! She made sure to understand my 'must have' list and was great at providing zoom type apartment tours.
