Thank you for taking good care of my mother. Bedside manor could be a little better but hey my mom's safe and surgery went well so there is worst things in the world. But if I ask for some gauze to take home. A "no"is a weird response. Just saying. So no bone and joint center has gauze for my mom's hip replacement. Hmmm. Weird
Was able to schedule a visit easily. Dr. Ortiz was informative and kind. Would happily recommend him!
