I always call and ask for Yvette. I think she works remotely now but I met her when she worked in Saratoga Springs, NY. She is knowledgeable about all of my insurance needs. If there is an inquiry I have that she needs to look into Yvette is quick to respond. Highly recommended!
State farm has been great! A couple years ago, they did a great no-fault case for me and have been very helpful with life insurance and new cars with new insurance!
