I was a patient of Dr. Dinowicz for 20+ years and was satisfied with him an all staff at “Primary eyecare”. After office is changed to ReFocus…I see it’s about money (credit card on file), unfriendly unprofessional and actually seemed they DO NOT KNOW what they are doing.. miscommunication of scheduling appts, confusion between Jolly Dr. vs Northwester I could go on but I will close this with Goidbye PS I wonder how many more patients you will loose???
I've been going to Dr. Dinowitz for years and he's been nothing short of perfect. A very knowledgeable and outgoing doctor. With that said, I will no longer be buying any glasses from the optical shop located in the same building. With all the glasses and contacts I've purchased there over the years they charged me $5.00 to replace two pads on my glasses when every other company replaces them for free. So, for $5 they lost hundreds I would have spent on my next pair.
This office is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I don’t understand how a medical practice can operate like this when you are literally in the business of patient care. There is no sense of customer service, no willingness to help, and the overall attitude is rude and dismissive. I honestly don’t understand what kind of culture allows this type of behavior to exist in a healthcare setting.
