I left the very expensive Big Red Storage after they kept raising the monthly rate twice a year to something very outrageous! As a senior citizen I just couldn’t afford it. I called Dino’s, Jen was very friendly and informative and very accommodating. I’ve been extremely happy overall especially with Jen at the helm. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Jenn is awesome! She responds to emails right away. The facility is always clean. In person or over the phone - Jenn is very friendly, helpful, and professional!
