I have had my storage a whole year never been late explained I'd pay for 1 month of being late plus next month payment to headquarters they said fine but getting a termination notice really sad

They’re just OK but they have the most backwards access policy. Once a month they change the gate code and you have to call them on the seventh or eighth of the month. If you don’t call and you need to access your storage unit on a Saturday or Sunday or after hours you can’t get in, even though you’re fully paid up, it is the most backward process. I understand it’s to stop people accessing if they’re not paid up however, they should think it all the way through and automatically send out a text or an email with the new cod... read more

No communication when changes are happening. They needed in the unit for maintenance and now items are showing up in other units. Also tries to squeeze every dime out of you and they do not care about your needs just the money.

I moved to Omaha from the East coast in September. From my first contact with Dino's Storage I had a very positive experience, first with Diane and then with the manager of Cedardale, Kim. Both were helpful, friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to answer my many questions and provide helpful tips. I've probably rented a dozen or more units over the years and have to say, this was the best experience!

I have rented a storage locker for many years in Winnipeg and not happy with the increases every year anyways I do have to say your manager Karin Rice has been the best manager you have so far she goes out of her way returns phone calls on time and has the best people skills to deal with customers.

I put my stuff in the controlled air section for aprox 4yrs. Paid on time faithfully. Somehow rust water got onto my leather furniture. I talked to them and filed a claim. It took them 2 months for them to come back and say there is no way water could have got in my unit. my couch is now ruined and they are off scott free. So I am taking the time to say DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They raise your rent, and dont cover what needs to be covered under their insurance policy.
