No communication when changes are happening. They needed in the unit for maintenance and now items are showing up in other units. Also tries to squeeze every dime out of you and they do not care about your needs just the money.
Horribly rude staff! Zero professionalism and just an absolute terrible experience with them. Do NOT recommend!
Dinos has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. After not maintaining the roof on their property on 50th and center it caved in and leaked rusty water all over my belongings. I threw away almost $2000 in belongings because of this but that wasn't even the worst part. The worst part of the whole ordeal was I had to deal with their rude "claims agent" I swear this lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I put my stuff in the controlled air section for aprox 4yrs. Paid on time faithfully. Somehow rust water got onto my leather furniture. I talked to them and filed a claim. It took them 2 months for them to come back and say there is no way water could have got in my unit. my couch is now ruined and they are off scott free. So I am taking the time to say DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They raise your rent, and dont cover what needs to be covered under their insurance policy. Kept my stuff here when i first moved to Bellevue. Horrible customer service, damp storage and dirty. Never again.
Terrible customer service. Very rude and seems more interested in quickly singing a lease (getting my money) than caring for my need.
Poor management hung up on me cause I didn't want to answer 20 questions.
