Beware of new management... I rented a storage unit here in 2014 for a few months when I first moved back to Iowa. Everything went smoothly and I moved on, even recommended this spot to family when they were moving around. Fast forward to 2020 when I get a collections notice saying I’m overdue on a payment to them. I have never been past due for a bill in my life so I call the office.
