Gave clear explanations of possible treatments, risks and benefits and laid out potential plans if further developments resulted in deteriorating health. Surgery was suggested but only as a last resort. His approach was conservative and realistic with no guaranteed outcome. I could agree with that and appreciated it.
Dr. Terzic is an exceptional person and Doctor. He hasn't done any surgical procedures for my mother but his professionalism in the clinic room is great.
Spent lots of time with me explaining my back condition & options for surgical repair & the procedure.
My neurosurgeon is a very thoughtful and kind man. He has always show me the respect and listen to me.
Other healthcare providers have told me that I deserved better care than I received from Dr. Dino Terzzic with surgery and post surgical care. It’s hard to measure since we don’t usually have routine care with Neurosurgeons. In hindsight I agree with my other providers. You may not get a choice who you have as a neurosurgeon if it’s a surgical emergency but if you do have a choice there may be better options.
Dr. Terzic Pros:-is technically competent -nice to you in personCons: -doesn’t do what he says he will do, have to beg him to finish paperwork, contact your primary doctor, look at images etc…-not forthcoming when you have surgery complications. I’m just tired of him not paying attention, it’s cost me too much in my life. I’m moving on.

Mixed emotions with my experiences. Some positive some negative. Lack of follow through disappointing. Definitely as the patient, out of sight out of mind.

Dr.Terzic performed a four level cervical fusion on my neck this past June. I realized that I was in good hands from our first meeting where he explained everything about my forthcoming surgery. He answered all the questions that I had as well as offered information that I should know going in to such a surgical procedure.
