Lived in their Dinnaken and Argyle apartments. Great experiences in both of them. The apartments are nothing special, but great amenities, price, and location ideal for college students. I know a couple of folks that have stuck around after graduation because of how affordable it is. If you're a student looking for an apartment near campus, this is one of the top picks.
Even after cleaning and giving the house they charged $220 for it..I submitted the videos and pictures..they didn’t give my money back..had a very worst experience with deposit… Their aim not to give deposit back if we clean too
I have lived at Argyle for one year and at Dinnaken for one year, and my experience has been excellent. Although some of the equipment was a bit older when I moved in, everything was very clean. Maintenance was very prompt and would come the same day. Summer, Nicole, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. There is 24-hour on-site security, and the common lounge downstairs is cozy and inviting. The apartment management responds quickly to emails. I honestly can’t think of any drawbacks.
