I have lived at Argyle for one year and at Dinnaken for one year, and my experience has been excellent. Although some of the equipment was a bit older when I moved in, everything was very clean. Maintenance was very prompt and would come the same day. Summer, Nicole, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. There is 24-hour on-site security, and the common lounge downstairs is cozy and inviting. The apartment management responds quickly to emails. I honestly can’t think of any drawbacks.

Lived here for two years, Pros - Great location Maintenance is quick and responsive! Huge rooms + Storage Front desk staff are helpful Cons - Mice issue for 5 months, (Unlivable) 1st and 3rd floor, not a lot was done, required constant pestering for it be "fixed" Management is rude! Dirty/ stained furniture One of the laundry machine always stops working in between wash, it has been happening for a year, they haven't replaced it.
