Your baked goods are delicious. But maybe I should not have to wait 5+ minutes while 1 staff person helps another customer and 3 others wipe counters or tables in order to get service? And maybe as a bakery you should have a better way to pack to-go cupcakes so they look as awesome as they taste when they get home?
