Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Transitioned over from Dr.Ladd's office. This office is absolutely not equipped for kids. The staff was impersonal and completely cold my kid (who was upset) and myself. My kid sat laying back in the chair after being told she was going to need a filling. She became upset. We waited forever for the staff to come back and by the time they did my daughter's crying was the thing that was slowing them down. Great experience from start to finish. The hygienist Kari was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this dental office.
It was my sons 1st time having to be numbed and Dr Dinh and Amber were so patient and fantastic! Love the staff here!
