We (family of four) ordered takeout from Ding Ho last night and it was spectacular. Here are our main points: best egg rolls on the planet; Lo Mein and Chow Har Kew were fresh, light, and flavorful, loved the use of traditional Chinese vegetables; massive pieces of chicken for the General Tso’s (though the sauce was very unusual, not the standard and could have been spicier); our daughter’s sweet and sour chicken was out of control delicious; spareribs were meaty and addictive; and the Won Ton soup broth was perfect—just the... read more
