Warning, Bob ******* will cut corners and cheat you. Bob was referred to us by our insurance agent. We hired him to do a major house project. He was not organized and did not communicate well. We kept having to follow up on the status and ask for a timeline on the project instead of him providing one upfront. The vendors he used did a bad job or installed improperly. The homeowner Violated the terms of the contract by having me perform thousands of dollars of work that was not outlined in the insurance estimate and then expected me to pay for it. The homeowner had chosen a "Bruce Flooring " prefinished wood that had been vetted for the glue down installation. There was a defect in that wood & we returned it.
