I placed an order on the 17th of April with international shipping. I got a call from Leanne the same day saying there was an error in the order form and that they do not offer free international shipping. She said she would have to cancel the order and I agreed. I have an automatically generated transcript and a recording of this. I checked the order status 3 days later and it still wasn’t showing “cancelled” or “refund initiated”. Excellent no nonsense support with a smile. The trigger pad for the airbrush I use is miraculously simple and effective. Bought 5 more to keep as back up. I airbrush 5 days a week and the comfort adds less finger fatigue and at utmost importance to me is more precision and speed ...unreal.
