Lovely products as always from Dinair. The only issue was the shipping not being added at checkout to the UK. After a bit of back and forth eventually was sorted - if ordering to UK the shipping will be a separate invoice unfortunately . I will be ordering again very soon. 🩵
While my below review still stands in a lot of ways I need to change from five stars to two because of the lack of Customer Service I've had recently. I have an issue with a payment on my credit card and I have been trying for four weeks to reach someone to straighten it out with no response. Leighann at Dinair is always helpful. I love the products and the airbrush machine! I've bee using this for over 8 years now and specialise, but I've given 4stars because it's so limited in the UK and shipping from US is outrageous! I wish I could get more in the UK Update: 13/08/26 - still feel as above! Dinair is great!
Leighann was so helpful, very knowledgeable and always ready to help and answer any questions I had. So happy she was the one that answered the phone when ai called Dinair. Love the product! And cant wait to start my inline education through Dinair!
