In the past things were great - I recently ordered a product and the company cancelled it - however in 15 days they have not refunded my money. Such a dissapointment that they cannot follow up with this and I have to dispute the charge.
Dinair has great products and amazing customer service. I have used them for my airbrush needs for the past 15 years. I recently had an issue, for the first time in those 15 years, with a product and a new one was on the way to me within hours. It is so nice to see a company step up so quickly to help a customer. Thank you!!!
Disappointed 😞 I love Dinair products, which makes this experience even more frustrating. After completing my purchase, I was contacted and told that the delivery was not actually free, despite the website stating otherwise. I was then offered a “discounted” shipping fee of USD $40, which works out to roughly AUD $75, just to ship four foundation bottles. I placed an order on the 17th of April with international shipping. I got a call from Leanne the same day saying there was an error in the order form and that they do not offer free international shipping. She said she would have to cancel the order and I agreed. I have an automatically generated transcript and a recording of this. I checked the order status 3 days later and it still wasn’t showing “cancelled” or “refund initiated”. Excellent no nonsense support with a smile. The trigger pad for the airbrush I use is miraculously simple and effective. Bought 5 more to keep as back up. I airbrush 5 days a week and the comfort adds less finger fatigue and at utmost importance to me is more precision and speed ...unreal.
