Staff was wonderful and the rooms were comfy and clean. Couldn't have asked for anything nicer.
Stunning!! Stayed here after a little road trip up the coast with my Husband, sister, brother in law and our Dad.
Unique location at the heart of Palo Alto.
We Stayed in the Safari Suite. Kinda' cool. The whirlpool spa tub was definitely a winner. Good size room , with a king bed, a living area, kitchen, and a fifteen foot (15'), bronze sculpture of a happy Giraffe !
Very nice hotel. The ambiance of the ponds and plants was very relaxing.
