I have been having phone consultations with Dina on & off for approximately 7 to 8 years now & she has helped me a lot with my mental health issues & I find her to be very helpful, I tell her my issues & she teaches me ways to get me to think & act differently when issues occur & ways to combat difficult people I was having issues with.
