I was given an address that took me to the ER instead of the Drs location. Upon entering the staff who is directing patients to the appropriate floors were to busy on their phones and having fun to pay attention. They gave me the wrong office door number. Upon arriving- I had MORE paperwork to do even though I had filled everything out online.
