came in as a new patient dealing with reproductive difficulties. had a previous diagnosis from my old OBGYN that supposedly was not in my records, and since she could not find it, implied that i was not honest about the diagnosis. became argumentative while discussing birth control after i said i did not have good experiences, physically, from IUD’s and oral contraceptives. continuously interrupted me and spoke over me. overall felt dismissed and unheard. while i do not recommend this specific doctor, the nurses and receptio... read more
I called to make an appointment and was seen the day after. Dr. Navarro and her staff made me feel welcome right away. We came up with a healthcare plan and I hope the results will be very beneficial. Dr. Navarro listened well to my concerns, was proactive, genuine, caring and very gentle. I will definitely continue to see her.
Dr Navarro is always willing to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. Very kind and never rushes me.
They were very thorough in asking questions for my first time vist and requesting documents from all my former doctors. They showed a lot of concern for my health.
Dr. Navarro has been my OBGYN for several years. She takes time with her patients and addresses all of my concerns. She runs on time with appointments and is efficient. She answers my questions with the most up to date medical research. She is relaxed, but also professional and confident, which is comforting.
This is my second pregnancy that I have had her as my OB and I never leave a visit without any unanswered questions! Nurse Tara is amazing as well, I highly recommend Dr. Navarro and her team!
This is my first baby and I was nervous about how everything was going to go during my first appointment. Dr.Navarro was kind, calm and she anticipated what I needed and answered my questions. She told me what to expect, how to reach her after normal hours and what to do during an emergency. I think I’m going to have an easier pregnancy with her as my doctor!
Many years with Dr. Navarro and Nurse Tara - they’re wonderful! Excellent care - attentive, knowledgeable, proactive with concerns. I’ve been consistently satisfied with the care received!!
Dr. Navarro is by far the best I've seen. Her and her staff truly care and do there best to ensure your taken care of.
