Dr. Navarro is awesome! She performed a C section on me late this Spring. The nurse that works for her is very nice and was extremely patient with me. I didn't care much for the staff at the front desk or the staff doing the vitals, at times especially in the beginning, I considered switching to a new doctor because of this. I felt uncomfortable with the assistants but really liked the doctor and nurse so I decided to brush off the unfriendliness of the assistants.
Doesn't listen. Had 6 appointments over the course of the month for various tests, biopsies, ultrasounds and every time she came in the room she would roll her eyes and say, And why are you here? Um, you just told me to come get this biopsy 3 days ago, AND MY CHART IS IN YOUR HAND. Dismissive, rude, asked ME what to put on an insurance form because she can't just make something up. Worst doctor I've ever had.
