This is our first baby and Dr.Royal really took her time with us to explain new born things and answer all the questions we had. She was kind, caring and very gentle while handling him. I am so glad we found a great Dr for our baby boy!
Horrible bed side manner. Doctors forget it's a service industry not a factory.
