I have been a patient of Dr. White for over 10 years and she has saved my life. She is compassionate and listens. She has a busy practice so need to be patient when making appointments. Her nurse practitioner is excellent, too.

I went to see Dr. White numerous times with health issues I was experiencing. Each and every time I was dismissed, accused of not taking my medication, and was forced to walk into the office to ask for my test results or otherwise never receive them. I wrongly trusted her with my health because I believed she knew what she was doing. Eventually I changed doctors and it was immediately discovered that I have an autoimmune disease. I have been going to see Dr. White for over 20 years now. I came into her office being 13 minutes late on a day when the Roads ended up being icy. It’s funny how I had to wait over a month for them to contact the imaging department at Methodist in order to get additional imaging done for cancer , but if I was 13 minutes late they wouldn’t see me. This is on behalf of my mother - HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! It doesn’t matter how great the doctor is if the staff do not answer the phone, do not return phone calls and do not prioritize patient care. They charged my mother over $400 for an ultrasound and will NOT call back with results, even after multiple attempts/phone calls. It has been over a month. They don’t even answer their “urgent” line. Dr. White is nice. However, the only people you will be allowed to talk to (aside from your ten minute visit with the doctor) is the incompetent staff members. I was given incorrect results followed by a call contradicting those results from imaging. Then once I informed the doctor's staff of this occurrence I was sent an email the next day with the "new" results that matched imaging. Dr. White is an amazing doctor. In a world of hurry up and on to the next patient, she still provides care as if you were her only patient. She not only is kind and outstanding bedside manners, she truly listens, cares and interacts with you regarding your concerns and plan of treatment. She is a provider that after your visit, you can feel assured she heard you, understood you and her treatment plan is perfect. I wish I found her sooner.

I am a pt. Of Dr White and I like her. Her staff is a whole different story. Some are nice and some suck. But overall I go to see her not them. So the ones that are nice I am nice to. And so on.
