I had a really good experience, I come here all the time for my braids, they do a really good job.
Do not go to this shop! Do not believe the good reviews. I repeat go else where. First of all they were late opening the shop! after seated they were all walking around slowly talking amongst themselves like we did not have 9:00 appointments and it was way after. One braider finally got started around 10:00. I wanted the color 1 hair she said they only had 1B. Although I never get 1B I agreed. I text Wed about coming Friday morning was to be there at 9 am. I arrived as scheduled, I waited for 1 hour and had not received service. Customer service is poor, and no one said anything until I asked. They were defensive and surprised when I walked out at 10:15 am, issued an insincere sorry. This was my second time there, first visit was great. I will not be back, not a good way to do business.
