Had an establishment of care visit. Doctor said my son “didn’t look autistic and demanded he look her in the eye. She was hesitant to provide a referral for an OT. Wouldn’t allow my domestic partner (my sons father -figure for most of his life) to be present during visit even when I told her he is helpful if my son is anxious or has meltdown. Dr. BadraAfter accepting my son and daughter as new patients. The office schedule a doctor’ meet and greet visit with my self, my wife and son and daughter. She was very pleasant and professional at the meeting and answered all of our questions and concerns.But that was it! On three separate occasions, when our son took ill. We just relocated to Naples from Raleigh and we’re nervous to leave the great healthcare we had between Duke & UNC. Dr. B is so thorough, she caught things they had missed. I really appreciate a doctor who’s not afraid to test. We. Are extremely happy to have Dr. B as our ped.
My children have been seeing Dr. Badra for about 5 years now. We have an infant, a 9 year old, and an 18 year old, and she is wonderful with each of them. She takes time to discuss any questions or concerns I have, and I am thankful for her vast knowledge of everything pertaining to them!
The one star rating from 11/5/2019 was interesting to read. I am a professional in the medical field and I happened to in one of the exam rooms and I did hear the conversation! The conversation did not go down the way it was crafted in his review! I am glad he is not coming back to this wonderful medical provider! My 2 kids have been patients with Dr. Badra for 16 years and she is the best! It's a shame that technology has granted irresponsible individuals tools without any type of accountability! R. Marino
Been known Dr. B for almost 18 years. She’s been my families pediatrician and now my kids. We’ve had our disagreements but she’s always done what’s best for my kids. As a pediatrician I highly recommend her, now her office staff could use some work. The nurse she has now is great, it’s the girls that Book appts that could use better training.
Worst experience I ever had with a doctor in my life. Relatively new to the area and needed a doctor to see my sick son. They were able to squeeze him into their busy schedule which I thoroughly appreciated and the care was good and was given THREE scripts for my son. Problem was when we checked out and they couldn't get my insurance right and were trying to charge the wrong amount. Dr. Badra has been my sons pediatrician since a month before he was born. She’s been a phenomenal doctor and been with us every step of the way. Her decisions and principles are based on what’s best for her patients . My son is now eight, and is happy to go see her. I highly recommend her .
