I mean come on what can a say! Well the one in Arcadia is about 5% better, but there is nothing better then Din Tai Fung in SoCal
Yesterday my daughter and I had early dinner. We were seated immediately, we were surprised since we heard it could be a wait. Our server Jose was very attentive, he asked if it was our first time and it was, he gave us excellent suggestions from the menu. The food came fast and it was delicious and Jose made sure we had everything we needed, he checked very often we were doing ok. It was excellent service.
They should hire a Chinese waiter/waitress who can speak mandarin.
Two hours waiting time because it's holiday. Worth waiting. Good soup and sticky rice the best. I'm going back to eat more. I did my shopping at Nordstrom then we got called. Perfect timing. Definitely, I'm going back and bring my staff with me.
