It's hard to make a perfectly cooked dumpling that holds its shape and consistency. Din Tai Fung dumplings have achieved structural perfection. The flavors are tuned to an American palate and I'd like to see more of an innovative flavor burst, but overall everything we tasted was crafted perfectly.
