Cleaning & checkup Caci was, as always, very professional, courteous and friendly. I got to meet the new dentist this time, and she was also very professional and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hate the dentist, love this place I have a serious dentist phobia, and just walking into the door (you know the smell) gives me total anxiety. But this team is great. They let me have my headphones and music while they're cleaning my teeth, and they're always thorough about checking out any possible issues. Great about rescheduling when necessary. I've moved twice, to Des Moines and then Indianola, but will always come back to Norwalk Family Dentistry.

At 39 I have finally find a dental office that doesn't scare me. They are so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns in a way that I could understand. Thank you so much...I am no longer afraid of the dentist haha
