From the receptionist, to Amy, to Dr. Winslow, to the checkout gal the friendliness and professionalism is ALWAYS first rate! I never feel like I'm just another patient, but a good friend! My whole family goes to Norwalk Family Dentistry and they all feel the same way. Keep up the GREAT work!
I can't encourage you enough to try Norwalk Family Dentistry! If you go there already please recommend them to your family, friends and co-workers. Dr. Winslow and Brandy are the ladies I see most but the entire staff are gems! I am a big coward and they always treat me with kindness and care. When you check in at the front desk with Jan she is always a ray of sunshine. They also have the best magazines while you wait. :)
My experience at Norwalk family dentistry today was as always, excellent. There isn�t a dentist around more capable than Dr. Maureen Windslow.I will continue to recommend her to friends and family as long as she continues to practice dentistry. We are very fortunate and Norwalk to have such a caring and talented dentist. She is surrounded by a top-notch staff that go out of their way to make you comfortable and provide The best of services.They are all professionals.
I came in for a procedure. I was given detailed information on what would happen during and after the procedure, and kept informed at every step along the way. It helped calm my nerves and things went exactly as described. I was well cared for and am very pleased with the results. I am happy to recommend Norwalk Family Dentistry!
