Worth the drive. Although I live in Urbandale, I continue to receive my dental care from Norwalk Family Dentistry. I appreciate the competence and sincere concern of Dr. Grant and Dr. Winslow. That competence and concern extends not only to the rest of their professional staff, but to the administrative and office staff as well. They are always helpful and friendly. Wow! When is the last time you really felt good about going to the dentist?

Friendly greeting by staff in reception area. Courteous. Pleasant. Very informative. Explained a new procedure, then asked if I had any questions. Identified some findings on exam and Dr. Winslow further explained the findings, potential causes and what she will do at the follow up appointment .As usual a positive experience.

As usual they were very helpful in fixing my problems, all the staff there are of the highest degree of people, they help you in all phases of your visit and fix the problem you came in with, I thank them.

Taylor Porter said that the lady cleaning his teeth hurt his mouth 3-4 times because she was paying attention to the television instead of his mouth he needs more work done but will not come back there .....
