If all my dentists had been this good, in my past, I would not be so deathly afraid to dentists. An excellent, compassionate, dentist that sings rock and roll to you while she works...what more could you ask. (ok...free?) ;) I don't mind going to the dentist any longer.
I always feel confident on the work done at my family dentistry. Staff and doctors are very friendly and show you the best of care.
I went there for the first time. The staff were all nice, professional and flexible. I had a conflicting schedule in which they worked around.

Had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist really worked and left me with the cleanest mouth I have ever had.
Caci has been my dental hygienist for years. She is EXCELLENT--adept, highly skilled/knowledgeable, compassionate, and enthusiastic. I am always pleased with and grateful for the work she does.Our family (including 2 kids) loves our dentist, Donna Grant. I have always been pleased with everyone at Norwalk Family Dentistry! I always have the same dental hygienist and the dentists are both great! I would highly recommend them!
I would rate the care 5 stars, but the timeliness 3 stars - so overall 4. Unless my wife was mistaken, my appointment was scheduled for 9am. I was called back at 9:16AM. My hygienist - probably acting as she was trained was friendly and conversational, however - this slowed the process even further causing the appointment to take longer than necessary. while I appreciate the attempt to build the rapport and relationship, I would recommend the hygienist asking the customer early on - do you have anything going on following yo... read more
