the teeth cleaning was not very vigorous. It may have been adequate, but scraping and polishing was timid compared to other visits.

I am not good about going to the dentist - for cleanings, with problems - anything. I have an extreme case of dental phobia. Dr. Winslow and her staff have ALWAYS made me feel as comfortable as they can. They take their time and explain step by step what is going to happen next so there is no question in my mind what is happening.
