I transferred care to Dimmick in the beginning of October for my severe psoriasis and have been very pleased with the care I have received. From the initial appointment with Hannah and her nurse Lindsay to Kenzie and Cassidy working with me in regards to battling insurance for the high cost medication. These people were really friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
It took a a while to get in, but once I had my first appointment they worked with me every time. They always returned the phone calls (and they usually pick up anyway), and renewal of prescription is just so easy that it still blows my mind especially after going to other doctors and knowing that it could be a pain. Not to say that Dr. Laughlin helped me with I needed. I've been going for 2 years now and I'm very happy that I stuck with it!
We scheduled an appointment for my 5yr old son who is experiencing pain, discomfort, and embarrassment for skin conditions on his hands. We were assured they accepted our primary and secondary insurances when I inquired while making the appointment, only to be turned away the day of his appoitment with claims they do not have contracts with his secondary plan on an insurance they do accept.
