I have not even stepped foot into this business yet, my mind is at ease by simply speaking with their wonderful staff, especially Nancy. You can truly tell A LOT about a company by the interactions you have with their staff and just the passion and willingness to be kind. I truly am looking forward to my upcoming visit. I transferred care to Dimmick in the beginning of October for my severe psoriasis and have been very pleased with the care I have received. From the initial appointment with Hannah and her nurse Lindsay to Kenzie and Cassidy working with me in regards to battling insurance for the high cost medication. This has been a long process but they have been very compassionate and are in great communication with me updating me as to where we are in the process. These people were really friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
It took a a while to get in, but once I had my first appointment they worked with me every time. They always returned the phone calls (and they usually pick up anyway), and renewal of prescription is just so easy that it still blows my mind especially after going to other doctors and knowing that it could be a pain. Not to say that Dr. Laughlin helped me with I needed. I've been going for 2 years now and I'm very happy that I stuck with it!
