The doctor I worked with, and had for my issues was named Dr. Cruz. I’ve seen other people have different experiences on here but mine has been rather tame besides one glaring problem. For most cases Dr. Cruz is quite quick with his work unless you have any questions, and then he usually explains simply but in depth, but for my case the prescriptions I’ve received have been perfect what was prescribed and were pretty on spot for helping me. I visited the Kenner location and was definitely disappointed in my visit. I went in for my skin, and a mole on my buttocks, I have ictyosis vulgaris and had not seen a doctor in decades Soni was eager to see if there was any new treatments available for my condition, she came in and sat down, I began to show her my skin and she immediately wrote a prescription, told me we were going to leave the mole without explaining why, prescribed medication for my face, and that was the end of the visit. My experience with Dr. Elizabeth Dimitri was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went in for concerns about my back, but instead of addressing that issue, she focused almost entirely on my face. She made unnecessary comments about my skin and age, which made me feel uncomfortable and judged. Even after I explained that my visit was for my back, she continued to focus on my facial skin and prescribed medication for it, something I did not ask for or want.
