The electrologists working with trans people directly are wonderful - they're affirming, kind, good humored, and they make the whole situation comfortable. The front desk staff, though, have been consistently dismissive and condescending. Dimitra herself has been friendly the two or three times I've seen her, but her husband and the rest of the desk staff have not been.
